The Lodge:
Is a beautiful home built sustainably by your hosts Robyn & Malcolm Smith.
Made with timber milled from their farm.
This has been a labour of love with a huge amount of inspiration and hard work gone into its construction.
The Lodge is extremely eco-friendly it’s completely off grid.
The power is supplied by the waterwheel and a backup solar panel array.
The hot water is heated by solar panels on the roof in the summer
and a wetback in the wood burner in the winter.
The lodge is also heated by the same wood burner using wood sustainably grown on the farm.
The lodge is 100% sustainably powered and heated.
The Music Room & Lounge
The Bedrooms:
There are two generous sized rooms available, which are mirror images of each other.
The Napoleon Hill room has a queen sized Bed and the Orwell Creek Room has a king sized bed.
Both rooms have french doors opening on to the large veranda
with superb views of the waterwheel and valley.

The Bathroom:
Is a shared room, but only by the Napoleon Hill and Orwell Creek rooms guests.
This is a modern, well-appointed room with a huge double shower and bath.
Which was custom designed and built by your hosts.

Food:
A continental breakfast is included in the tariff.
There are tea and coffee facilities available in the lodge’s kitchen.
But if you require any additional meals they are an additional cost
And need to be arranged prior to check-in.
Beautiful home cooked meals are available; Robyn loves to make great food.

Laundry facilities are available on request.
